You never know what a day trip to New York City may bring in

which created many of these winter-like scenes for tourists.The wet snow accumulated fast. A few hours before this photo was taken, it was a very dry, crisp late fall day, but by early afternoon it had transformed already memorable New York scenes into postcard images like these.
This trip from Baltimore to Manhattan was taken on one of the "Chinatown" buses.
