For seven years, local TV station Fox45, along with sister stations the CW and MyTV, has presented a free day of health and wellness activities for Baltimoreans. Attendees can experience exercise and athletics and cooking demonstrations, as well as medical screenings.
The 7th Annual B’More Healthy Expo takes place Saturday, March 19, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Baltimore Convention Center.
